IPO: It’s On
Taking a company public requires a whole different level of planning, marketing, and careful preparation, especially when the company's CEO wants to make a huge splash. BKV’s IPO was an intense and incredible marketing journey that brought a new level of creative direction and expertise.

The Force of Now.
Are we there yet? Children have never been big on patience. But maybe there’s a reason nature has conditioned them for instant gratification. Because when it comes to achieving net-zero carbon-emission goals, patience is no longer a luxury. Or, for that matter, a virtue. At BKV, we believe the time for good intentions was yesterday. And the time for action is now.
We are proud to report that we are right on schedule.

The “It’s On” button
The It’s On button became a key part of the campaign. The concept was switching on a future transitioning from traditional energy sources to one that leverages both natural gas and renewables to achieve net-zero by the 2030s.

In order to create a splash on the day BKV listed, we worked with multiple billboard locations around Times Square. While not all boards ended up being used, the impact of those that did run were incredibly impactful.

Additional collateral that continued the campaign theme were custom keycards for the BKV IPO attendees as well as tote bags, vests, custom invitations, a folder with the schedule of events and local recommendations, a sleep mask among other items.

The banks that supported the IPO received custom It’s On socks as well as branded coffee sleeves and coffee.
We even created a style guide to help attendees with guidelines and suggestions on what to wear to all of the weeks events.

Branded elements for the stock exchange
NYSE
As an overall package at the NYSE, we designed all of the elements throughout the stock exchange, including multiple screens, displays, the large iconic hanging banners and even threw in a giant installation that was the “It’s On” button.
The work really made a splash and created a full immersive experience.

The It’s On button ended up being a large 15 foot installation in front of the stock exchange. We imagined the installation and worked with an experiential firm in NYC to help bring our vision to life.

The Afterparty
What’s an IPO without an afterparty? So after a week of intense meetings and emotional moments we created a grand finale to celebrate. Since many of the leadership team members were Dallas Cowboy fans and they just so happened to be playing the New York Giants that night, we themed our event around the game.
We developed the events branding to merge the IPO vibe with the football vibe with the company vibe, for a football watch party that celebrated the day to the fullest.
That’s a wrap
To commemorate the event, we created a video throughout the week that reflected on BKV’s journey to this moment. Testimonials and interviews were recorded in between the events and footage captured to make sure this was a piece that would live on.
In a similar fashion we designed a hardbound coffee table book that was beautifully crafted as a momento.
