Our melting pot of cultural cooking and diverse industries sizzle in our heads and kickstarts our computers. Despite this, we’re always craving fresh ideas. Luckily, Houston always has a new course for those still hungry, even if they can’t pronounce the name.
The creative process can be nutty: cut fingers, singed egos, hot mustard. At the Lanterns, we’re celebrating those able to use the ingredients at their disposal to create zesty, delicious ideas that would leave Gordon Ramsay speechless.
